Over indicated prices agree for a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday, for the type of prechosen apartment and comprise: the normal water consumptions, electric power and gas.

The prices do not comprise:
The final cleaning (obligatory) equal to Euro 50,00 for the two-roomed and the three-roomed flat. The customer must clean the cooking-corner (if not we will charge 50,00 Euros).

Extra supplements and services in apartment:
Cradle for children Euro 30,00 per week (for each cradle). Single bed, where possible, Euro 100,00 a week. The bed linen and table cloth Euro 20,00 for double bed and Euro 15,00 for each single bed.

They are not comprised all the equipments and the services not express brought back in the description of the apartments and/or to the voice "the prices comprise".

Are only allowed small pets.

Reservation and payment:
Reservations, even if made by phone or email, are considered confirmed and effective upon receipt, by money order/bank transfer within 7 days, of a deposit equal to 30%, of the price of the agreed stay: the balance must be paid upon delivery of the keys on the day of arrival

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, whatever is the reason or consideration, none excepted, at the due date of any confirmed reservation shall be entitled to keep the whole sum paid on booking.

Arrival and Departures:
As a rule, arrivals and departures are on Sundays. Any early or delayed arrival or departure must be agreed upon with the Management. Flats shall be available and can be entered from 5 pm on the day of arrival; they must be vacated within 10 am on the due date of departure. For anticipated departures or lately arrivals, there are no reduction of price.

Deposit:
A deposit of Euro 100 shall be required as a guarantee against any damage or breakage caused during the lease. The deposit shall be totally refunded on departure, subject to the inspection of the flat by the Management.

Regulations:
It is forbidden to accommodate people exceeding the number of beds available in the flat. The condominium code must be respected: quiet from 1.00 pm to 4.00 p.m and from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. If the rules are not be respected the Direction is entitled to ask the tenant to leave the occupied lodging. Only the customer and the persons authorised by the Direction can enter in the apartments.

Responsability: "Il Girasole Agency" shall not be held responsible for any deficiency of personal belongings or valuables in the flat.
